On Thursday August 22nd, Eating with the Ecosystem will be bringing it's 19-foot ‘Food Boat’ to the Cape Ann farmer’s market for a fun, educational, and delicious interactive seafood event. Eating with the Ecosystem will partner with local chef, Aaron Budak from Tonno restaurant in Gloucester to host cooking demos featuring a local seafood species and provide visitors with free samples of the delicious dishes they create, while providing education about our local seafood, fisheries, and marine ecosystems.
